In osprey cove how to i open the helmet store on the far left?

there is no helmet store in osprey cove theres a pet store,weapon store,barber shop,and inn but helm shop

i mean in the sand sea

the df staff never opened the store probaly never will there is a sandsea headress in zhoom's black market shop though

well they will surely open it one day. After all the inns in both Osprey Cove and Shadow of the wind village were closed for many months after the release of the villages. It's just a matter of letting the staff complete everything. And only patience will help you with that

If you don't have patience then shame on you .

i just think they should at least start finishing stuff before moving on to other things they've gone through multiple quest chains,wars,classes,cities, and just made houses its very possible they forgot

The staff have a very big list of things to finish made by the people on the official forum. They didnt forget, and they complete a few old things between every new saga. For them new things are more important, and it's understandable. So have patience like I've said.

oh i didn't know they had a list come to think i would rather have a new energy weapon than a headress variant
