Anyone? Well, if so, join the Red Eye Mountain server (Darklands for Oceanic). That's where I (along with a lot of people at WAR-RvR if anyone goes there) plan to go. I designate these two servers as Neoseeker's official servers for the Open Beta and Preview event (tekmosis will likely be the one to designate the official server for the live game, since he's planning on making a Neo Guild).

Be nice to play a little bit with you guys before the game goes live.

I've preordered the CE so I'll be playing. I'll have to take a look at the server list but Mad Dog Pass sounds fine to me at the moment (still at work, can't wait to go homeeeee).

I still need to make my character. I started the game up this morning and got to the character creation screen but I knew if I started making one I would never be able to leave for work, lol.

I'm hoping to go as a Chosen, but, I'm a bit more interested in the Squig Herder. Will the Squig Herder even be in the final game, I was under the impression they weren't keeping this class?

If people want, I have a ventrilo server as well that we can use. I believe the max is 25 people, though. If you're interested shoot me off a pm and I'll give you the details once I get home.

Mad Dog? sure I'll be on there tonight. Left for work with the game patching (if it even needs to) so I can play as soon as I get home -)

I found the Chosen kind of boring when I was playing it. It's pretty much just a defensive tank, so if you're looking for something more engaging I would pick Squig Herder.

That kinda sucks Chosen in their armor looked cool

Hey tek, are we still under some NDA in the preview event? If not, someone should make a "First Impressions" thread.

Oh and, my bad guys, the new server is Red Eye Mountain. Mad Dog Pass turned out to be way too populated.

AFAIK the NDA has been lifted. I know I havent agreed to any NDA yet

As far as the NDA goes, pretty much everything has been lifted except the stuff happening on the Test/Elder servers.

anyone else finding things really laggy?

It was pretty good for me until it totally crashed

I thought it was just me and my horrible rig...

Yeah, sometimes it works fluidly, then sometimes I freeze up when trying to do something complex while lagging, like logging out.

I also find I have the yell at my Squig fifty times before he actually goes off to attack something.
