You can not blatantly advertise websites outside of Neoseeker that are meant to either take traffic away from the site or to promote a site that contains content that is not allowed by the game creators or by Neoseeker itself.

If you believe that your website does not meet the disallowed criteria, PM Super Moderator Mishtram and discuss the websites you have and whether he'd allow it. It is very rare that advertising anything is allowed on Neo though, unless it's a specific resource to game news and information that is linked to benefit the forum community and not to deter forum traffic.
