What do you plan to be when you finally get to play WAR?

I personally have no idea. I wanted to be on the side of Destruction, but honestly the Empire classes seem to appeal more to me. Perhaps the Dark Elves will bring me back to the side of evil!

Currently:

Destruction: Squig Herder
Order: Warrior Priest

as long as it is Dark Elf itll do for me. if i however get an urge for good ill probly play a dwarf.

A Magus or Chosen, not really sure. Gonna love nabbing the good names and being the best at the start, lol ..

You know, I'm really starting to take a liking to the Chaos Magus. I was pretty turned off by the whole concept of a character that never gets off of a floating disc, but maybe I'm starting to warm up to it. The weapons and armor they equip themselves with almost entirely make up for the whole disc thing anyway.

Another class I've really taken a liking to is the Engineer. Ahh, if only I could stomach being a dwarf.

i wanna see what elfs can be but so far i like black orcs and bright wizards

If I trial it, I'll be Empire on the Order side as I used to have a 10K army, and on the destruction as Druchii seem to be adding later, something to do with Chaos, maybe a Goblin.

are the elves (high and dark) going to be in the original release? because i havent seen anything on them yet.

Yes, they will be. They are currently working on the elves and it's said that information will be released regarding what classes will be in their armies will be released by their next newsletter (which will be around the beginning of next month).

Without knowing exactly what the classes are like, or even knowing all of the classes yet... for

Order I guess it'll either be Knight of the Blazing Sun or Warrior Priest... wanna see what they are like first tho =/. As for destruction, just not sure yet... goblin classes look a bit interesting for greenskin. But without seeing them in action as such yet, just not sure.

Might I suggest you go and have a look at some of the RvR videos by various fansites? I personally would recommend having a look at WAR-RvR's recent videos. Scroll down to "RvR Playtime Videos". It'll take awhile to download, but it's good stuff, I assure.

Anyhow, just so that I stay on topic, I recently saw that WP video and it has made me realize just how awesome the class is. So currently I stand at:

Destruction - Witch Elf


Order will need something special to stop me just creating various Druchii classes tbh.

Shaman "Looks like War has Shaman dead on" or a Squid herder.

I'm to unsure on the squid herder any one have deatail on how they work.. So far I'm getting the idea the squids are quite weak but they make up for it with numbers and there are different types of sqiugs you can summon for different threats. That will be great if so.. If it's not like or at least close to that I'll roll shammy. Waaagh!
