Well, my friends and I have already sorta pre-planned a little organization between us as the order, and I picked the Knight of the Blazing Sun. It looks like a mix between heavy fighter and buffer, which seems like it'd be rather fun, especially considering we've already got enough front-liners between us!

On the side of destruction, probably Marauder. Nothing like being a demon-viking!

im sooo keen for the Dark Elves. any unit is fine although Witch Elves would be awesome as melee DPS is by far the most fun in these style games.

having siad that i wouldnt mind having a squig herder character aswell. controlling a squig from the inside will be incredibly fun.

I think I'm still going to Black Orc. I haven't had a chance to play Black Guard, but Chosen is a bit too defensive for my tastes. Apparently the Black Guard will be more of an offensive tank, but a lot of it is speculation at this point.

What do you mean you havnt had a chance to play black guard?

is the BETA out? or are you playing a trial or something?

Me and huntyr are going Destruction. I'm glad to see so many others wanting to go Destruction as well. I mentioned this in another thread but the neostaff are willing to support an official Neoseeker WAR clan; subforum, and some potential other things as well.

As for a class / race, I'm not sure what I'll be yet.

I'll be in the open beta as soon as it's open and plan on playing ranged DPS as a Goblin Squig Herder; I'll probably end up with an Orc tank as well since I like having multiple toons. I'll join the neoseeker WAR clan whereever it is =)

A NEO clan would be awesmoe. Although it would be nice to have different clans on different characters as Im already starting a clan with all my mates. Maybe Ill do Order with them and Destruction with the Neo crew.

for destruction ill no doubt be either a dark elf black guard or a chaos chosen, as i love the full on cause-as-much-damage-as-possible classes.

as for the order ill probably chose either a dwarf hammerer or a high elf shadow warrior.

but personally i think the destruction races and classes are alot cooler than those of the order. so whereas in WoW im always playing on the good side, in WAR ill no doubt mostly play as the evil ones.

Looking around a bit more at the classes my first character will be a Chaos Chosen.

the chaos chosen looks awesome, but then again all the tanks do. especially those for destruction.

Going for destruction: dark elf - disciple of khain here

My lover has already chosen his character and has got into a guild called Unleashed - He is going to be a Zealot.
I will have to follow him on his path and become part of destruction too, I want to be a dark elf sorceress

After finding a certain site full of leaked beta information, my opinion of some of the classes has changed a bit. Chances are it'll change in the future, too. But this is where I stand, as far as my main character goes:

Greenskin: Black Orc
Chaos: Magus
Dark Elf: Black Guard/Disciple of Khaine

Dwarf: Engineer
Empire: Warrior Priest
High Elf: White Lion

My main character really isn't Dwarf or Orc material, so I can forget about those two. But I am seriously considering going Order now, because I think Destruction might actually be the more populated of the two. But who knows.
