By now you might have noticed that some drastic changes have been made to the forum colour scheme. This is just a quick check to see how people feel about it. I do plan to change the thread columns and the "Forum Options:" bar as soon as I have the ability to.

Do you guys want to keep it? Do you want it changed? Do you have a suggestion to change it? Do you want me to remove it? I have no issues doing any of that, so just give me a heads up, thanks!

I'm still not sure how to replace the white, but that's the only thing left that's really bothering me. I'll switch it over to a tan colour in a moment, feel free to give me feedback on that afterwards. =)

EDIT: I changed it to tan and it looked horrible, that's about the best brownish colour I could find. Maybe just run the same red down those columns?

If you can make the current one a little lighter or more faded, it would work great, then I'd probably use the other (if you can lighten/fade it too) and get that up and everything should be complete.

One of my guidelines I have to follow, unfortunately, is that all the columns have to be readable, so once I figure out how to make it work I'll just use two metallic colours and then it will be finished. =D

Thanks many loads for doing that, Sonic Flash, otherwise it would have been me up in the middle of the night refusing to go to bed because some code refuses to bow down and do my bidding.

Thanks for the feedback folks. I know one or two would be interested in a few colours being placed in there, but I did the textures sent and such and most had issues with either clashing with the colour scheme, or obscured one of the column's text. =)

The only colour I haven't tried is some sort of dull green...

Fixed the bug.

More of a workaround, really. I used the Subject class and set the colour for those links that way.

Nope, done by hand. All except graphics, which are the official stuff from the site itself. Will make link changes if someone hasn't already done so. I can see about getting some Javascript set up which will allow people to chose a version, but I'll have to contact someone like Enhance about that, who know what they are doing.

Does anyone have any opinions about the Table-top general thread in here, or is everyone alright with them being sent off to the Misc forum?

I don't think an entire new forum is a possibility, there isn't that large of a group on this site for that sort of discussion. It would be best if we used a thread in one of these forums which already has a userbase.

Also, yeah, unfortunately, Dine is right. I spent some time seeing if I could change it to something interesting, but I don't know if it would be something everyone would want to see in every thread in the forum.

Hey guys, I'm going to be toying around with the little icons (thanks to Mr_Roboto on making this code for me). This may or may not work for us, since I don't have anything as small as the little folders that really says "WARHAMMER". So I'm gonna be toying around with it and hopefully won't skew the forum too badly.

Okay, so the code has been up for a while but today Aether made me the offer to make some awesome icons for the forum and I took him up on it. They look awesome and are great replacements for the normal default forum ones here, imo!

I'm afraid Aether has declared the image switcher exclusive to his control. Pity it's posted in public, but I can only do it for him apparently. =D

Unfortunately, Aether has told me that I can't use the code I got for anyone else since he made the images for the place. XD

Thanks for the positive feedback, and thanks for popping in Willie. I've been trying for a bit but I can't manage a white bar, unless anyone knows the code to do so and can pop it up here.

Unfortunately, while I have been looking for a way to change both of those things I have found that they are not possible (unfortunately) unless someone made a background for me which was white for a certain amount of pixels up top and then black for the rest of the page. =/

Or even just a white bar I could float at the top of the page, like the background image is. As for the legend at the bottom, I am unsure if that could be changed.
