the only characters i find useless is Ganju and Hanatoro.

Ulquiorra is an ok fighter with a powerful Bankai/Special Attack, but his main special attack are too easy to avoid... the only one worth using is his Special Stab because its easy to get into a combo, while the other two are a bit harder to land.
