There are 4 new optional mission types, stealth archer assassination, rooftop race, escort, and merchant stall destruction. Apart from that, different controls, and apparently better graphics if you computer can manage cranking everything to the max. However, if you have the console version, I wouldn't bother, it isn't that much different apparently.
