	No it's not. It belongs to Blizzard. There's a loop hole with selling accounts where you say you're just selling the "time invested in the character" not the character itself ('cause it's not yours to sell), but I don't know how it works with trading. ------------------- http://thezeitgeistmovement.com/

	quote cheatdude You can transfer both of you's characters. you can transfer characters across accounts only if the last name of the accounts is the same, something like moving a character form your own account, to your own account; your brothers to your's; or you parent's account to yours or vice verca but yea... u cant trade/sell/buy accounts/characters because its against the ToS
