Ok, well my hunter is almost 70. I'm in a raiding guild and considering re-speccing. I'm a hybrid between BM and MM. Mostly MM though. Next, I have an alt rogue who is at lvl. 10. What is the best tree for them? If someone could link me their speccing trees to give me an example or what has worked best for them, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

i am a hunter lvl 70. i was MM all the way until lvl 50, it was a bad choice. you should repec to BM and get the cat at STV, it dominates, the highest my cat crit at was a whopping 2k damage with the last abililty on the BM tree. BM HUNTERS FTW

pre-BC MM was the way to go, 0/31/20 was my spec and a lot of other hunters. but ive noticed now that every hunter in BM, in both PVE and PVP.

i see why too. MM hits so hard and ive noticed i pull aggro a lot from it. but with BM, it balances your dps and pets dps on top of the buffs that the pet gives. and i think that is one of the major reasons for so many BM hunters. sure your dps is gimped but combined you will do more because you dont have to worry about aggro.

BM hunters do the most overall damage, PvP and PvE.
Pre-BC I was MM and loved it, it was hard to give it up. And a little upsetting that BM is now the best hunter build all around.

BM Hunter all the way. I do the msot damage for pvp and pve. Very addicting.

Check this. Hunter trapmaster spec. 0-44-17 One of the best raid specs ive seen. My Freeze Trap holds for 26 seconds.... Also, I hit second on dmg meters in kara last night. The guy above me was the same spec, but with better gear. Just thought I'd share.

I've been told by a few people that for rogues the best choice is to put your points mainly into combat and none in subtlety. I don't know how, if any, should go into assassination, I would bet not many. I'm only a level 18 rogue right now and I've just begun to play so I don't know too much about what I'm doing other than putting my points into combat. Also, I've been told the best weapons for rogues are dual swords which is what I mainly use now, unless I happen to find a better dagger or two since I'm not a high level.
