On my Draenei Shaman , I am Level 15 and i am so sick and tired of Blood watch it is unbelieveble where else should i/ can i train at my level?

Well Bloodmyst Isle is much better designed than the other level 10 zones, but you've got Darkshore, Loch Modan, and Westfall available.

LOl, I have just gone to Sentinel Hill And I am waiting to be boosted in Dead Mines But of what i've seen ther is no quests available.

Don't do DM. Go to Saldeans Farm in Westfall, and do the quest there. It's to kill 20 lvl 14-15 Harvest Watchers! You then get a green item of your choice and 1000XP!

i have like... 9 or 10 characters and ive leveled 6 or 7 of them in blood watch, thats IMO the best place to level, the night elf, human and gnome/dwarf places are really bad because you can hardly find anything (well... i can hardly find anything) and the quests are all scattered but in blood watch (bloodmyst isle) there all in 1 area.

And how's that better than getting blue/green drops in Deadmines, let alone getting boosted in there?

DM is awful for leveling. that is unless you collect the 5 or 6 Q's for it, then just do a single run and gain around 11k exp and maybe a blue or two. Rhank'zor's hammer is now a blue which is pretty decent, and also the dagger from van cleef. The follow up quest is also easy with his letter. Best place to level is Auberdine IMO, all the quests are a short distance away if you plan it right, and all the quest givers are in the main town. I always used to go to west fall to level, but i skip it completely now, the quests are all boring and arduous and don't give a lot of exp.

At level 1 as a dren I go straight to Nelf starting zone and work from there all the way through auberdine and ashenvale. Doing every possibly nelf quest/turn in because hitting exalted with darn. at 50 is pro.

I don't think there is a worse starting zone than the night elves.

33? Wow. Lowest I saw was a 44 that hit exalted. but 33? grats on that. Low as I can do is 50 but thats because I didn't do the first part and went to auberdine at 10 or w/e. Probably what screwed me over.
