Why do people ask for levelling spots for levels that aren't fragments of 10? The zones were essentially (with few exceptions including Outland) split up into areas that accomodated the x0-y0 levels, like 20-30 or 40-50. -------------------  | |

Yeah, Thousand Needles and Desolace are your two best spots to quest at that level. -------------------
