HEy I was wondering if WoW was worth the 15$ a month? And is it really as bad as people say it is addiction wise? Will I really be selling my soul to the devil if I play it ( I don't litterly mean that I just mean lose my life because of addiction and stop thinking about other things)

its worth the money alright and the addiciton is not too bad, i can stop playing and go outside anytime i want.

Well there is a addiction, but if u have a job and goto school it's very very easy to pull yourself away from the game.

There is a sort of addiction. When you get WoW you will want to get to the next level to do that raid or get in that group you want so bad. But as stated if you got school or something you can easily pull away. Also once your card (prepaid) or your payment doesn't go through, or maybe your internet is shut off you will have a sort of "I want to play now" but it usually is gone is a couple weeks. But if you want to get off and do other things just have a friend come get you at a predeterminded time to go outside and throw football or take the dogs for a walk you know? Yes it is. In fact $15 a month isn't alot and as a frame of reference WoW has actually SAVED me money over the last 2 years. How? You ask? I'll explain.

I used to buy a new game about once a month (PC, PS2, you name it) so for the sake of arguement let's say I used to buy 10 games a year at $40 (even though it was usually $50 sometimes I'd buy a cheaper one so we'll average it out a bit)

That's $400 a year in new games and I've been playing 2 years...so multiply by 2 and I would have spent $800.

at $15 a month for WoW for 2 years (15x24)I've spent $360.

So see the difference? Granted I have bought maybe 2 games over the past 2 years so add that in at $50 each and I have spent $460.

It's saved me $340... so is it worth the $15 a month.

Financially for me anyway YES IT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT.

I'm putting in a request right now to change our header to "THIS GAME IS GUD, TRY THE TRIAL AND IF YOU LIKE IT YES BUY IT."

But yes, it's a very good game ^^
