When I used to play I always thought $15 a month was a bit much (its an amazing game, but still...), I mean blizzard must make like, I dunno, maybe a hunered mill a month?
(about 8 mill subscribers, 8X15=120)
Thats alot, probably alot more than enough to make improvements on the game, they could cut down on the price maybe a little...

I think they could but they won't either. Of course this is just my opinion but for a game with 10 million players worldwide (I think) it's gotta cost alot to maintain the servers and the bandwidth and stuff for this game to run as smoothly as it does (most of the time).

Not to mention 24 hour support and stuff.

I don't think it's an unreasonable amount either. In fact, I made a post showing how WoW actually has SAVED me money over the years earlier so I'm not complaining.

Its about the average for an MMO I believe. Its clear that people will pay it, many having more than one account effectively doubling that cost.

Whether its worth it, totally in my opinion.

Um would I play it if it wasn't? probably not. Hundred Mil a month insures that the game has constant maintenance, and still has the money to put out constant Expansions. That's why it's the first Blizzard game to put out 2 complete expansions and is already working on at least one more. It's also one of the only games to put out entire zones and even cut scenes for major patches.

If I did nto think it was worth the $15 a month I pay for it, then I would not be playing the game.

Hmm... I think $15 is a bit much but as long as my dads the one paying for it I don't really mind.

u know I ask that question myself. It is just so good I can afford it. I mean it isnt THAT much. I think the price is ok

It costs less to play WoW than to sponsor a small african child.

Honestly I would pay $20 a month to play this game.

I don't mind paying that much, I make more than that just mowing lawns in a month. Seeing as I spend a lot of time on it, the subscription pays for itself in game time within the first week.
