Anyone got one yet?

The highest guild member in our guild is 40 now and is about 10g or so off a mount, should get it tonight.

I am really looking forward to being able to move that 60% faster when I am 40 (long way to go I am 24 ).

LOL I had to switch servers, so I'm only level 23 at the moment...

Plus I never have any cash.

Had mine for awhile now, if you want one by the time you reach 40 start saving now since most people will find they don't have enough by then. And then you can start saving the 900g for an epic mount by 60.

I'm 46 and still don't have a Mount. This is mainly due to the fact I don't want one; I would have the gold but I spend it on things like gear that help in battle.

I started saving up for my mount at level 39, and I obtained it at level 42. Not too bad. I was farming Rock Elementals in the Badlands.

The Tauren mounts don't really appeal to me much, though.

Started saving at 32 and I got it at 40 with my rogue. With my warlock though, I just talked to the trainer and got it.

I have 47 gold at level 34 now. I'll try and get the remaining 43 needed for my mount in time, which may mean exorbitant herbalism runs and selling off 'leet' potions in the AH. Thankfully a blue 2H mace dropped and saved me from having to buy one. I feel good about my chances. If I'm level 39 though I'll likely be trying less to level up and more to hervest gold.

Yeah well I am dreading saving up for it, not sure how t make money with a Warrior other than looting but that isn't v good I have found.

I want horse but I am a NE >< ahh well the nightsabers look cool too.

Actually, as a Night Elf you can get a horse. You just have to have exhalted reputation with Stormwind, which I believe is a pretty difficult thing to get. But if you aren't in a hurry to get your mount and would have the patiance to do so, you can probably accomplish it.

hey im level 18 and i need to ask. on the official warcraft website it says:

Players (except Tauren) can purchase and train mounts from other races in their faction. However, you will first need to obtain "exalted" reputation status with that race in order to do so. At this point this is very difficult to do, if not impossible. There are some other special mount options in the game, however. Mounts of the opposing faction are not available for purchase.

and im a tauran but i dont fully understand wot it is saying, is it saying that tauran cant purcahse and ride other race mounts (orcs, troll, undead which is horde) or is it saying that the taurans mount (kodo bull) doesnt require "exalting" (gettin a perfect reputation for the taurans)

Taurens can only ride the kodo because of their size. Taurens are so big that the only creatures able to carry them are the kodo.

Is exhalted after honoured in the reputation thing? Also does it have to be a full bar on exhaluted or anywhere.

yes its your reputation. And if you want a particular mount then you have to have exaulted rep in that area that provides the mount

Also, Blizzard themselves have said that it currently isn't possible to get Exhalted status with another race yet, so don't worry about other mounts.
