OK what is this guy posting so many times that is illegal? And since he is continuing to do it what do the admins plan to do about it. There really is no way to stop the guy

posting about buying and selling gold for real money and such. and the mods have placed a permanent ban on his IP by contacting his ISP

BUt how would he do that? The people who pay him money would have to be on the same server as him. Also how would he collect peoples real money? Did he give a website or somtin? (I dont wanna know the site how however he did it)

Basically, these people spend the majority of their time power-levelling characters and acquiring gold on as many servers as possible.

In itself, there's nothing wrong with that - although to me, it's a boring way to play the game.

However, they then advertise these characters and gold for sale, an act which is clearly against the user agreement with Blizzard, and therefore illegal. Add to that the fact that they advertise their services on neoseeker - a privately owned website - which is again in direct violation of the rules of our forums, and we have no choice but to ban them.

They did leave website urls, but that information has been removed.

In my opinion, paying real money for extra levels or money in-game is pointless... Why buy the game if you don't want to play?

but wait there is no way to PL. I thought that every mmo learned to fix that after eq. Personally in my mind PLing is stupid in wow because its already the easiest game go lvl in lol

Well since in theory grinding non stop would level you up much faster tha nthe casual quester there is a form of PLing even though its really just a more boring (IMO) playstyle
