Anyone else transfer a character to the PvP Battlegrounds test server? I have, but haven't tried it out yet. My friend tells me it's great, though.

Anyways, I just thought I'd be the person to make the official PvP Battlegrounds thread. I feel pretty special.

Hehe... I'd love to, but I'm still in the middle of assignments, with exams to come.

By the time I can play properly again (I log in to check the AH every now and again), Battlegrounds will probably have been implemented.

A really good rogue in my guild talked about it too, he said it was godly. I'm guessing that when it gets implimented, we'll be doing guild Battlegrounds... I can't wait. Not gonna try though, I'm at 57 and want 60 really bad.

I'm looking forward to when Battlegrounds actually get onto my server. The honour points will just come rolling in.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Every round, you get a TON of points and kills, so either everyone's gonna go way up in the rankings, or it's gonna stay the same because your rank is relative to everyone else's, and everyone's gonna be using the BGs.

It was good to try out the Battlegrounds, but I think Im gonna tsay away from there for now. I don't want to put too much time or energy into a character that's going to be deleted in a few weeks anyway (test server character). If I get to level 51 before the test period is over, I'll copy him over again and try out the Alterac Mountain Battleground.

EDIT - Oh, btw, I dunno if this is relevant, but with this new patch, I can alt-tab again

It is now Tuesday, May 16th, and I couldn't sleep all of last night, knowing the battlegrounds would be released today. But, I'm starting to have my doubts, next Tuesday perhaps? Can anyone clarify this?

Are the Battlegrounds like instances? I am sorry that I do not know this.

The battlegrounds are implemented in the next patch, although I haven't heard when the patch is released yet.

I'm happy to wait though. Gives me something to look forward to after my exams.
