Here's my pwnage rogue spec. It's balanced for PvP and PvE. (I mostly PvE but it works either way.

Assassination Talents
Malice - 5/5 points
Murder - 2/2 point
Ruthlessness - 3/3 points
Lethality - 5/5 points
Improved Instant Poison - 5/5 points
Cold Blood - 1/1 point
Improved Kidney Shot 3/3

Subtelety Talents (heres where the pwnage begins)
Camouflage - 5/5 points
Master of Deception - 5/5 points
Opportunity - 5/5 points
Improved Ambush 3/3
Improved Sap - 3/3 points
Preparation - 1/1 point

and then whatever you have left over just do w/e you think is best with them

Im sorry to say it but i really dont like this build. Personally it doesnt do enough damage for my liking. i use the 17/34 sword spec build. I DPS like a motherf---er.

At least he has preparation on there. I typically make two different rogue builds. One is a sword/ace PvP rogue build, and the other is my dual dagger grinding build where I concentrate more on dagger abilities and remorseless attacks (really helps with my grinding by giving me a great first attack damage and killing enemies faster to move on to the next one).

Id say try and fit Hemo into it as prep is well kind of only used in specific encounters

Swords rogue without hemo = poor in my opinion
if you dont go for hemo go for imp SS instead of murder itll help much more

Imp sap can be usefull for some instances like UBRS near drakki though =\

I never found Hemo of much use. I thought it was a piece of crap so I never got it.

With this spec i'm always on top of the damage meter too. even without really good gear I still outdamage the next person by at least 10,000 each instance. and its also a nice spec for some pvp too
