Which character are you using? If its Hanataro, use the weak version of the 'Super Nutrition Tablet' skill, and get the 3 other Soul Reapers to touch them, which will heal them.
If its Orihime, use her 3rd Super Attack, and just get the Soul Reapers to walk onto the healing area. -------------------  | |

Or you can attack with Hanataro's sword, Hisagomaru, which doesn't hurt them, in fact. It heals them. I did the mission by simply mashing standing heavy on one of the Soul Reapers, while in the meantime, laid some Super Nutrion Tablets (light version gives Soul Tablets) around the field.
Orihime's is harder, for me anyway. They always run and flash step AWAY from the healing area. It's like they don't wanna get healed. | |

Or use Hanataro's Scecial C(might be wrong, its the one with the command right, down, right, guard)
