1.Yes on the original Sims 2 for PC you can too
2.No,only on the Nightlife expansion pack
3. yes just like on the Sims 2 without EPs
4.Well,i've heard its great,adds weather,wich would make it seem more realistic in my opinion,to tell you the truth,i'm deciding on whether to get it oo,a couple of my friends have it.
