I don't kno wat armur or wepon i shud use on the h

For weapon, use whatever dragon or ice element weapon you are comfortable with using. Raw damage is also good if you don't have a dragon or ice element weapon. I personally use longswords when doing Troublesome Pair.

For armor, use something that gives you Earplug. Tigrex and Rathalos Soul are both great armor sets. Otherwise, use whatever armor you are comfortable with.

The first time I beat this quest I was very terrible against Rathalos and Rathian so I bowed and used safe spots. Use the best Daimo Warbow you can get, bring flash bombs, and coatings (and materials for more). Basically when there in an area with a ledge (which is most of the areas) go all out on them with the bow's Scatter option.

However, there are better ways to beating this quest. Just get your best Water/ice element longsword (or dragon if you have any) to beat this quest. For a detailed strategy on beating this quest and avoiding all their moves and learning when to attack with a longsword, watch this Youtube video.
