For a good view i suggest go to kilani terrace.Nice view of the sea there.

Err..There's one place up at the desert, I forget where. There's a race and a house to purchase at the top that goes down the hill. I used to do online races there.
I am so whipping this game out these holidays, it's been too long =[

The football stadium's pretty cool, and so's the airport. There are videos on youtube of how to drive inside them as well.
