100% or half way through and why?

I had the promo version, played it for like a hundred hours But the save doesn't work on the full version, and I wasn't gunna do it again. But now I am, it's such a good game

me and my m8 bought this game specifically to play multiplayer. is it free-roaming while playin wireless? (not over the internet).

what is the difference between promo and full?

The promo was a version that was leaked onto the internet a couple of weeks before the game came out. Differences...Well the menus are orange in the full version, blue in the promo, I liked the promo more. Probably a few less glitches, as they were supposedly rampant in the promo, but I never really came across them.
There are also some changed races. Notably, there's one called 'Freeway Flier' I think, it's a big long race along the freeways. In the promo version it was very close to being impossible, and it was the only race I couldn't do. Reason was, instead of following the freeways, it eventually turned off into other roads, and it you couldn't go as fast. In the full version it follows the freeways for all (or most) of the race, and I did it in one shot.
There are also some other race altercations, and probably some minor changes with cars.
Another thing (that I just remembered) was that the gates of the houses were always shut. Not so bad when you're outside, you can just press triangle to teleport inside, but when you leave the house it puts you behind a locked fence, and you're stuck in your own front yard.
I think in the full version they made the gates open up when you own the house.

I liked the menus in the promo version, the orange isn't great. But in the full version it's actually a game, the promo isn't even passable.
