Well I *thought* I found him on the bridge to dark city but all he talks about it how he's glad they are connected again, he doesnt say anything about or give me an autograph....

He's in Shine East Area (Or West Area or North Area, can't remember which) the one on the bridge is PM, the one in the area is DM.
