I have a Digimon that needs a lot more spirit than it has right now to digivolve.
What are some good ways to raise it? (If there are any) -------------------

If you don't mind going down to get back up, Degenerate and Digivolve again. If you don't want to change your digimon's form, use Spirit raising farm goods. Other then that, there is nothing you can do.

u can also do a dna stats change. u just need a second digimon thats 12 lvls close to the one that u want to raise

No. it Doesnt either for Dna. it only Have Effect in Battles.

Usually I use Degeneration to get the stats up. That also raises the Digimon's Aptitude, which is necessary for some Digimon to Digivolve.
