hey guys, i got this game last night and im stuck allready because when i get to the bottom of the first lot of stairs trying to go to defence against the dark arts, it just doesn't let me through harry just stops walking. ive got a few discovery points in the common room and looked around and seen the noticeboard i dunno what i'm supposed to do to be able to walk through??

You need to open up the map, and then look for Neville (I believe you open the map and press left on the D-Pad and it should let you choose people). Select him then get out of the map. You will notice footsteps next to harry leading AWAY from him. Follow them as they will take you to Neville and thus to the next bit of the story

and let this be a note from Krunal: neville is in herbology and he makes you do a task for him. you have to burn a bunch of plants and you will meet him back in the ROR!
