and im not talking about the game, im talking about what happened to me while playing the game. i only bought it yesterday and i only got to the channel thing but i forgot the name. i knew their was an atlantic whale somewhere, i was playing during day at the time (real life day not game day) and it showed up. then i played more and it turned night (real life AND game night) i couldnt find the whale even tho i was looking for it. i was shivering since i kept thinking it will pop out of nowhere. eventually i gave up, turned around at its face was up close right next to mine.
It was too late to go to the washroom.

did this happen to anybody else or am i just scared of everything?

In the wild channel looking for an Atlantic right whale? That shouldn't of happened if it was for the 1st time. I think there's a cut scene but I'm not sure. I guess that could happen but I think it is just good timing.

If your scared of everything go to the ancient ruins near the mo'ia atoll place. It scared me really bad especially because I was playing alone, in the dark at midnight. When I got back on the boat at the bottom of the screen in grey words it said there is punishment in store. Then I got an e-mail in the game from '404 error sender unknown' talking about the idol thing I found. It really scared me. lol just to tell you nothing happens after that- if you are scared of everything .

yeah the deep crevase at night it scary lol. i like being scared because im scared of the ocean in real life. well being stranded in the ocean.

me and my friend have had that happen to us! A few times i think....

I had it happen to me when i was in the Abyss i had just seen the giant squid (which creeped me out anyways) and as i turned around to explore someplace else a Sperm Whales' head filled the screen... it was terrifying!

I also had a scare from the Magu Tapah (the giant shark thingy) and after the cut-scene i couldn't see anything so i turned around and yet again came face-to-face with a shark. Both me, and my friend who was with me at the time, jumped! ... those teeth.... *shivers*
