Seriously, what is the game like, is it good? I have played Tenchu since the first on the PS1, have owned both on the PS1, Wrath Of Heaven on the PS2 and Fatal Shadows, my favourite is clearly Wrath of Heaven, Fatal Shadows sucked.

I guess its just Sega who messed up Tenchu Fatal Shadows, who is the company who makes it? Sega or Activision?

The reasons i liked Wrath Of Heaven was the way you could mess about with the guards, the talk of them when they could not find you and the noises they make. I also liked ths storyline on WOH, while Fatal Shadows sucked, adding new characters puts people off the game, it should stay Rikimaru Ayame and Tesschu as a possible. The levels where longer on WOH, and it was good the way it carried on from past Tenchu's where it seems Fatal Shadows was just an add on with no relevant from past Tenchu;s

I'm not sure this game is good since I don't have it.

I personally love the Tenchu series and they're really good.

I suggest you search for reviews from other members and search around the Internet to see if it's good. ^^

What about the storyline? With tenchu games i have really enjoyed the storyline, like Tenchu 1, then Tenchu 2 telling what happened before hand, then Wrath of Heaven which was after Tenchu 1, with Rikimaru appearing again after hiding in the portal, Onikage and others back to life by Tenrai, as at the end it was as if Onikage was waiting to bring Mei-Oh back, as he was speaking to him in the air...which i guess he does? But since Wrath Of Heaven, the storyline has not gone back to its old self

i have only recently got this game so i might not be 100%. but my understanding of the story line is executing the enemy country's leader "ogawara" before he destroys goda. but ofcourse there are many levels before hand such as retrieving bombs, killing enemies..etc and you dont even see ogawara until the final level when you have to fight him and his ninja "Sigi".

Sounds pretty poor seems to be a more of a Fatal Shadows storyline, i wanted something following up from Tenchu 1, 2 and Wrath of Heaven

yeah it's a shame. I was a bit shocked. But i think it's a realy good game despite the poor storyline.

I thought as much. I was going to ask if the storyline continued, like you Zhao yun88, but it's obvious now that it will not finish where WOH left off. I think that the TRUE sequel will be for all consoles (Hopefully PS2 aswell!), and shall hopefully bring it full circle on itself. The wait for Mei-oh's return is killing me!!! I want to see him in good graphics. Not old blocky PS1 graphics!
