Make sure you're driving a decent car (And definitely not a cop car). Most of the sports cars are easily found on Ocean Beach so this shouldn't be too hard.

When you see a hooker walking past, press L3 to honk the horn. She should get in.

Now drive to a secluded area (A back alley, or a similar off road place) and she will give you some *cough* action.

For fun, try and get more than one hooker in your car at once!

Then kill them when they get out of the car, to get your money back.
