Well, I thought the same thing when I saw he had only been on for 3 days, but then again I realized he probably has only known for 3 hours, and I think he has been on Neoseeker before.

El Rey and Kuduros must have good reasons, just give him a chance its his first day.

The announement thread was for someone to apply to become a moderator, and once they chose him, they closed it.

It was a joke, like being sarcastic. I really don't have a problem with it, as long as the guy does his job or whatever he's good enough. But IMO it's probley an old member that got a new account or somethin.

Maybe you are not aware of it, but moderators are not trained. No one is there to help you or explain the features, often (like when I became a moderator) no one even tells you you've been promoted until you see your name on the board. Give the guy a break, no one is born with a red "moderator" label on their forehead you know.

Give the guy a chance, like said above, don't judge a book by it's cover.

Even he doesn't believe he got it either! He admits to only being here two days. I feel let down by this and after I'm done debating my POV here, it's "bye bye" VC forum, and anything else these two mod... (Stay away from the RP forum).

Edit: Fine I'll give the book a freakin chance... But on a side note, what was the point of the *Announcment* thread?

Edit #2: This also makes Kuds and El Rey look like they're abusing their power... (Gonna keep editing this post as I don't feel like raising this sickening high PPD anymore)

Remember, that is the Moderator ReQuests thread for neoseeker, El Rey and Kuduros made up all there own rules, and I don't think they were following that criteria.

Yea, it can't be like an old member with a new account because there would have been no point at all in the announcement thread. I have no idea about whats going on with this mod but its pretty weird. All these people who have been here for a long time were asking and people like Mr.Plisky were and i thought for sure i'm never going to get it because him and lots of others were asking also. Now, a very new member who's only been here for how long got the position??? I don't know about that but i'm not going to really doubt that Kudoros or El Rey don't know what their doing.

(In other words... I'm really heading towards they know what their doing so lets just see how this new moderator thing turns out.)
