Does anyone else wish the age rating were enforced for this game?

I accept that underage people are bound to get their hands on this game (I personally had a copy of Strip Poker 3 for the pc at 12yo) but It sure would make this forum a more enjoyable experience... Less rumours, Less b*ching, Less B*llshit!

no, 6/8 of this forum are people under 18, like me, im only 14, that wouldnt be very right. but my parents would get me the game anyways, they know i am mature enough to handle it, they even watch and talk about it with me.

i totally agree. But what can you do . .. if kids in the states can get their paws on guns as easily as i can go into a store to buy ice cream, they can surely get their hands on a game that will forever dirty their minds.

I don't mind underage kids getting the game - I don't believe it'll turn them into crazed-killers. I just get annoyed at some of the rumours and pointless threads I see here. (suppose this is one. Probably best if someone could lock it please - Just wanted to make a point.)

it sure has, man. and as usual, nothing is going to change in this world. Ratings is merely a suggestion. it's done BY LAW but no one can actually make sure it's being enforced. And most retailers want money. they don't give a rat's ass if their selling this game to a kid who's under the age . .. like cigarettes, booze, drugs .. . if it gets them money, they will do it. Money isn't everything . .. but it is.

Now i can see drugs being sold to people and the dealer doesn't give a crap but no store will sell a game to an under-age kid (Were did you ever think of that ). They will sell it to your parents but not you.

Well let me see . .. there have been countless times on this thread where underaged kids have SAID THEMSELVES that the retailer has sold them the game, either because they didn't care or because they're a frequent customer. But i think that qualifies as a defense for what i have said.
