I have a problem with the quest "Understanding madness".
When I get the summon spell from Shegorath he tells me to use it, then i use the spell and summons Haskill, but no matter how many times i use the spell Shegorath keep telling me to try it!

This is a known bug that unfortunately has no standard fix. What I would recommend is advancing the quest using the console.

Open the console (~) and enter "setstage SE04Shell stage 5" (no quotes). This should advance the quest past where Sheogorath is asking you over and over.
