'm on that one mission Symbols of Office and hassildor or w.e tells me to talk to Sheogorath and when i try to, he just crouches and babbles on about how there is no time and then that is all. He doesn't tell me to go on a quest or to a cave. Is there something i am missing or is my save game corrupted or something? HELP! I can't go back to cyrodil either

Actually, I'm having an issue as well. I can't get Nelrene and Mazaddha to talk about the assassination attempt in the mission: The Lady of Paranoia. I'm hiding behind the crates directly next to them. My icon indicates that I'm not detected. All I hear is the sound of water dripping from the sewers they are next to. I've also tried crouching up on the lading above them. Nothing, it's worked before. Now I'm pissed. By the way, it's an XBOX360. Thanks.
