Has anyone gotten this, and found a use for it?

I found it in a random cave, The Evil Den or something like that, but when I went there with another character it wasn't there so I assume it's a random find in any Amber deposit.

All it says is that it's Sheogorath shaped Amber, it doesn't even get used when you create armor or weapons. I guess I haven't checked in the museum though, so maybe that's it.

It is one of the many oddities for the museum. and one of the few i have been able to find!

Grrr... Check out UESP wiki. There's a 1% chance of finding it in an amber root or stump (the only place you can get it) and amber stores don't respawn. That means the only chance I have left is a ruin I hadn't even entered yet with one amber root - I had to save outside and continuosly go in, check the root and load if it wasn't there. I tried approximately 300 times. AND I STILL HAVEN'T FOUND IT!!!!!!! If you find it, consider yourself damn lucky - and speaking of luck, your Luck attribute has nothing to do with it.

IDK that test was pretty dang convincing. I'm a big fan of high luck, some times I'll actually make a point to have a +5 bonus on two attributes and one on luck at leveling. Other than that I'll make sure to have three +5 bonuses
