I recently installed Shivering Isles and went to see this new portal after recieving the missin info. However, to my surprise when i aproached the island (or whatever its SUPPOSE to be) i see a mess of yellow diamond-shaped signs with exlimation marks on them, and two people nearby floating in the water. What gives? Is there any way of fixing this without reinstalling the entire game? Btw, I installed the latest Shivering Isles patch, and it didn't help at all.

Revert to an old save, and even start a new file and go out to the island. If it's the same, you'll have to re-download Shivering Isles. However, it's free for second download, so you should be fine.
