Can't find Botheil: Won't come out of Orrery

	I'm trying to access the orrery and I have all the cogs and stuff for Bothiel but when I go to the mages guild he is in the Orrery and wno't come out. Any help? I also can't seem to find Fathis Ulen...anyone know where he might be? I completed the thieves guidl quests, but I can't find him. Not in his house, and he won't come to the guild HQ... 	well wat i did was i just w8ed. i had to w8 atleast week or 2 maby more, but atleast she camre out, so try that. or if that doesnt work, like ppl say, just get arrested by n imperial guard or sumtin, it fixes sum bugs

	For Fathis Ulen, thats the rich fencer right? If it is, he sits on a box in the Elven Gardens district in an alley way. If you have done the Waetherleagh quest, he might be in Chorrol looking for you ------------------- I dare you to sign my guestbook?
