I loved the first Manhunt but haven't bought MH2 mainly due to it being neutered but I've recently reconsidered it a bit and have got a couple of questions;

1. Is it structured like the first Manhunt with Fetish and Hardcore difficulties where you have go through doing gruesome kills on Hardcore to unlock everything in the game? And if it's like that again, are there time limits like in the first?

2. I love the first MH mainly because of the graphic original and innovative execution cut-scenes and was swayed away from MH2 because of my favorite part being ruined. Is it still watchable and worth getting it for that, or has it been completely ruined? Also how is the rest of it like, the levels, humor, gangs, story, is it as good as the first and worth buying solely because of that?

About the 1st question I won't be able to help since I don't own MH1.

If you manage to find an Uncensored Version of the game, all the blood, gore and gilthy executions will be there.
As for the story content I found it quite amusing, it was nicely plotted, if you know what I mean, the levels aren't that repetitive and can be some of a challenge at times.
Between swarms of Army Men and small groups of Hunters you are many times obliged to think before acting, I found that pretty cool for a game like that.

No, it's not set up like the first one in the ways you described. The story also is extremely cliche. Some of the censored executions make it almost impossible to see anything. Also, there are a ton of gun battles which take away from what would otherwise make it so cool. It's still a good game, but it's no more than that.

I want Manhunt 3 now, the story was great.

I doubt there will even be a Manhunt 3 after all the censoring and stuff that happened with 2.
