at this stage sexual deviants there is a place where u have to open three doors and kill some people in brutal ways i can open 2 of the doors but the first one i cant i tells me that it's locked from the inside can someone plzz tell me how to do that

Secret door in second room

I have got this game a week ago so misterpee where is this secret door in the second room i cant find it

In middle cell with man in electric chair directly opposite the krank handle.

In the middle cell with man in electric chair, directly opposite the crank handle. You may have to disturb the guys in the third cell by having the second cell bloke run around after you. Maybe they need to run through secret door first I dunno, but that is what I did.

but how does that open the first cell i still can't get it right

I have played this level again especially for you. So, youve cleared 3 cells already, and now head for the next three, where there is load music playing. You go to the farthest one cos thats unlocked. Kill the fella break glass climb through into another room where you see the middle cell through glass. Break glass jump through kill that fella. Now walk through the wall next to the table. The door is there, you cant miss it. Walk into next room, kill fella very gruesomelly with pliers and hand drill open door from inside. I am now on level called ritual cleansing, very addictive game. Hope your sorted.

I'm stuck at the beginning of this level.

How do I come up with "a familiar face" if my character doesn't have a knife to saw of any enemies' heads?

I tried going back a couple of screens to possibly use the sliding door for that purpose, but it appears that the game keeps the character from backtracking any further.

woops...nevermind. I think I just found the answer. How the hell I missed an entire staircase is beyond me.

What's the "correct" way to pull off an environmental execution presuming I have the hunter targeted properly?

I pulled it off by accident once, but on the Sexual Deviants level I keep fouling it up.

CONTRARY to wot Misterpee says, abt the secret door: Go to the farthest door which is unlocked,wait for the HUNTER to turn his back n lock on the aim with L1.U dont have to hold the square button like u usually do while finishing off enemies,hold ONLY the target/aim lock on him it shows a green aim.now sneak up behind him n the aim will turn to red from green wen the situation of an environmental kill arises,now press the square button once.That does an Environmental kill in the Iron Maiden.
Go thru the mirror n go behind the mirror of the 2nd room.NOW I COME TO THE PART I WAS REFERRING ABOUT MISTERPEE. DONT BREAK the Mirror of the 2nd room (as MISTERPEE says),instead,there's a switch beside it.Go to it n press circle button to open the Door to the second room. Then go back thru the door n perform an ENVIRONMENTAL KILL the same way in the 2nd room. Then continue as it is thru to the 3rd room.
