In the area that you're talking about: on the 2nd floor, find an Ax hanging on the wall. Use it to kill a bad guy. When they're on the ground, swing the Ax near their head a few times, to sever the head. (You automatically pick it up)
Then walk towards the door and follow the on-screen instructions. | |
