	i just started my second file i beat him by going left and right shooting i have never beat the game but i just logged on to day

	Just keep shooting him,avoid his missiles and do not do close combat on him to save hp!

	shoot him 'till he turns into a tank,then,pick up other tanks and wack him by pressing A.keep doing it and you'll get it;)
