how do you work the gear things on level 10?

To activate the gears, there is a set of arrows somewhere. Use genius wario to locate them. To figure out the right platform to step on, the arrows should be turned clockwise, or counter-clockwise. jump on the platform on the gear to turn the circle thing in the middle the right way the arrows say to turn it. Make sure to memorise it. A ladder should plop down from the celing.
