Hopefully it will be based on the up coming movie and not around the last transformers game (ps2... x-box? 360?... well it was definetly on the ps2).

Anyway coz the ones on the PS2 were rubbish choices even tho the game was absolutly stunning, and had awesome gameplay.... and damn awesome bosses..... i mean starscream and the such...

Anywho yes, if its based aorund this new movie... which will hopefully be based around the original movie (although from clips that i;v seen it isn't) i would like to see playable characters as

:-
optimus (or maybe not)
Hotrod (oh yeh)
maybe a dinobot ... maybe
Ultra Magnus
Soundwave (chances are really slim)

I mean yeh i'd love to play as at least them... but i would love to see as Decepticons

Megatron (original gun form), and then (Galvatron)
Starscream
and Cyclonus

Sideswipe jazz and mirage should def be in it and mirage should have the ability to dissapear.

from wat i heard u can play as both Decepticons and Auto bots from Autobots, Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Jazz Ironhide. From Decepticons: Megatron, Starscream, Barricade,Scorponok,Blackout. In gameplay wise it said it will b a huge "sandbox" so i'm gussing they can transform in 2 jet, robot scorpion, car, truck w/e I want 2 play as starscream and fly all around the city, starscream as been my fav. I never got in 2 autobots, i'm more of beast wars fan, even though it sucked like hell on tv lol

I'm getting this for the Wii. Although the DS version was tempting. Assuming it follows the movie then the characters would be:

Yes those are who will be in the movie which seems to be a bit lop-sided. Those have been confirmed although I'd expect more Autobots in the film.

As for the game there are rumours more than the movie characters will appear and you may be able to make your own characters.

You can play with Optimus,Bumblebee,Jazz, Ironhide,Megatron,Blackout,Starscream,Scorponok and Barricade. The game has 2 campaigns, 1 for Autobots and 1 for Decepticons. Both campaigns have about 4-5 levels, and there are 4-6 missions in every level+ theres 2 cybertron missions, 1 for Autbots and 1 for Decepticons. Its pretty short
