How did Pain get his powers, and what clan is he from

His name is Pein and he's the Akatsuki leader

Apparently Jiraiya training both Pein (Nagato) and Konan back in the day.

And Pein is from the Fuuma clan.

Fuuma clan is controlled by orochimaru.

pein is Yahiko, yahiko took over Nagato's body, plus Pein is only one of the leaders, Yondaime is the other leader, like when it shows a picture of the akatsuki, two of the members are dark and shadowy.

Pain is not from the fuuma clan. And he has a special kekei genki that the fuuma don't have

pain is a guy named Nagato who is teamed with Konan and yahiko. yahiko was killed my pain to protect konan from being killed. after yahiko died, pain used his superpower to manipulate dead bodies...so he used yahi's for one of them. there are 7 dead bodies pain uses from different realms. at childhood pain's parents were killed by accident in front of him so pain swore to kill the leaf. pain is dead now, konan quit and tobi is leader now(or been leader)for more info, READ THE MANGA!!

sorry for the double post but i had to explain something. pain is one of the special people to have these powers. Jiraya said that he had the same powers as the founder of the "ninja world".
