I heard you can play as Snake in this one if so dose he have different missions from raiden in sons of liberty.

Apparently the guy above me has only played the SOL version... yes you can play as snake other than the tanker mission. this version comes with a bunch of extra VR missions that you can play as either snake or raiden. and of course snake tales lets you play as snake in seperate stories.

can you play as soild snake in hole game.

thats what I want to know before i buy it.

No. you can only play as snake in the ways i mentioned above. but in the vr missions you can unlock pliskin for some of the missions. you can also play as snake in a james bond outfit and in his mgs1 suit. you can also unlock raiden in a cyborg ninja suit and play through some missions in his uh... birthday suit...
