Maybe, remember that Rare owns the rights of Banjo-Kazooie and Microsoft own the rights of Rare. So it's possible, but it's also unlikely. -------------------  quote Naruto Boy | |

Rare gave Nintendo the rights to there games so they'll release it when they want to! -------------------

Nintendo has the rights to Rare games that have Nintendo characters. Rare has the rights to the games they made that didn't have Nintendo characters (i.e. Banjo Kazooie). In any case Rare said it was up to Nintendo if they wanted to release BK on the VC. ------------------- | |

And BK was a hit among gamers so It would be counterproductive not to release it. I expect we'll be getting it soon. -------------------
