	You really shouldn't ask these sorts of question as the answer is always "We don't know, it should, but we don't know right now." Anyways I think it won't be released simply because it would hurt the fact that the games Super Mario All Stars has would cost 2000 Wii points if you bought them on their own. SNES games usually cost 800. So not only would it make people who already bought the NES Mario games spew, but would also discourage people to buy the original games, meaning Nintendo loses money.
