I read on 'Koeiwarriors' that the title would be Orochi Warriors, which sounds a lot better. But ty for the info SXH. I guess Koei have changed their minds.

re: Title Crisis: Musou Orochi = ??? in NA/EU/AUS

Yeah, Orochi Warriors would of made sense (sort of) ... and then they go with Warriors Orochi.

Its kind of like in the West they say "Pixar Studios" for a company, but in the East there are examples like "Studio Ghibli"... A strange reversal of nouns just like there is a switch of surnames and first names between cultures.

Oddly enough, I like Warriors Orochi. Its very close to the Japanese title Musou Orochi.

Now... how do we go about fixing the forum's name? Hmmmm? goldy? Anyone?

Well I'm pretty sure he can change it since it was Musou Orochi at first.

Hopefully the name will be changed soon, the proper steps have been taken.

Also I like Warriors Orochi more than Orochi Warriors. It slides off the tongue a bit better than the latter version.

Orochi Warriors sounds like if it is Orochis Warriors. Warriors Orochi is abit closer to Mouso Orochi but still doesn't sound right. I would preferly just go with Mouso Orochi, sibce I've always prefered the Japanese names better then the EU/NA/AUS...Sengoku Musou. Gundam mousu is an exmple of a crappy translation. DW: Gundam... hello?

re: Title Crisis: Musou Orochi = ??? in NA/EU/AUS

Hooray!

The forum's name changed to "Warriors Orochi"

Now if only Koei learned their lesson sooner so things could be more streamlined-- DW:Gundam should be "Warriors:Gundam"... or maybe not. The Gundams aren't Dynasty, but their also not a combo of SW and DW...

So the title made it across the Japanese-English threshold okay ("Warriors Orochi" sounds fair). Now its the inside of the game that has me concerned. At least they kept the name Orochi instead of going "Evil Snake god"... Da Ji's history intact? etc.
