(This is only what i've seen from the Trial Version, I wouldn't spend 800 points just to take the piss out of this game)

In short.
THIS GAME IS ABYSMAL!

In long.
The graphics are terrible.
The screen is to large and the worms, to small.
Wind effects everything far to much than previous games.
Splash Damage is non-existent. The explosive does damage the size of the hole it creates, but goes no further than that.
Lack of weapons. Wheres my Flamethrower? Wheres my Magic Bullet? Wheres my Holy Hand Grenade? Wheres my Concrete Donkey? Wheres the Pistol? Where are 40-50 of the weapons in the other games?

This game is terrible, I prefer Worms 4: Mayhem to this, and Worms4 is bullcrap.

I was expecting them to simply port Worms World Party to the console. Or even Worms 2! But to go so far as to give Worms 1 a graphical update and new controls and still expect people to pay 800 MP for it? That's just ridiculous!

its the NEW worms... Like the on they put on psps and ds. Unfortuntly it sucks hard..

Worms World Party. I haven't played all the worms games though, only the block version (gay), Worms 2 (good), Worms original (gay) and Worms 4: Mayhem (Everything is in 3D and it's damn well confusing)

Worms World Party has everything a player could want. Worms 4 has a few extra things, but they're pretty lousy.

I enjoyed worms forts a whole bunch on the ps2.

worms on xbla is great fun with a few mates

they could easily have put on a better version like worms 2

from what i can tell worms on xbla had been made with the original format but with updated gfx and since there is an out cry for more weps and stuff they are re making worms armegeddon for xbla not sure on release yet maybe around september /xmas time

i spose they thought some ppl might be nostalgic and give em a refreshed look on a true classic but
theres always some ppl who still aren't happy
