What's the problem? What is it about card battles you need to know?

What point in the game are you at?
You should aim to get anything from booster 5b and up really, they hae good cards.

Battle trainers to see where you can get them from, I think from Suzaku city onwards.

later in the game, you can get really good cards, especially from mega-level cardmon (cardmon with 4 cards attached to it) - they drop 11b-15b containing fantastic cards such as Imperaildramon PM (62/70) and Absolute Barrier (reduce opponent AP to zero) - get those ASAP!

Also, getting as many Gold Auras (up to 4) as you can will make your deck very strong

You can find them in parts of Amaterasu Server or Asuka North Sector.

You need an extremely powerful attack to beat them down in one hit, or they flee before you can kill them

With the ones you kick from trees, I use Omnimon's Inferno with over 600 spirit to make it very strong.
With the ones you fish out of the seas /rivers /ponds, I use Imperialdramon FM's normal attack with a multi-crest attached, and 999 strength (including weapons ) - this three-hit combo can kill them before they flee

However, it is very difficult to kill them in one hit without extremely powerful attacks, like the ones mentioned above - you do not need exactly what I said above, but hey are very well-armored and very good at fleeing too
