I just thought I would post my strategy on how to get this achievement to help anyone looking for easy points. For those of you who dont realize this, the battle described for the achievement is the introduction battle where you fight Dracula as Richter.

You are started at the bottom of a stairway. Run up the stairway and stop as you reach the first candle. You can break this candle for a Cross, but it is not necessary. Instead, turn around and use your whip on the top of the doorway behind you. This should reveal a button. Jump once more to hit the button in order to lower a staircase behind you. Jump onto this staircase, but instead of climbing up it, use your super jump(Press Down, Up, and then A) toward the right hand side of the opening. You will want to land on the right hand ledge and break the candle there for the large heart that it drops. Jump back down and do this again until you have about 70 hearts, then jump back down and continue to the left(you can break the other candles and the urn for more hearts if you like) until you come into the throne room where you talk with Dracula.

As soon as the talk is done, break the far left candle for the bottle of water. You will see a vertical black bar appear somewhere on the screen shortly after, and Dracula will appear there. You will want to throw a bottle about a foot in front of him as he is appearing, then jump up and hit him with the whip at about head level. He will fire three fireballs at you, but the water should destroy them before they get to you, and possibly damage Dracula as well if you distance it right. Repeat this process two more times as he disappears and reappears. On his forth teleportation, however, he will do an attack that summons two black balls that can not be destroyed by water or your whip. It is possible to duck under the first and jump over the second with good timing, but I prefer another strategy. As he is appearing for the fourth time, stand just inside the black bar, but not too far inside for you to run into him as he appears. Just as he is appearing, but before he begins his attack, use your ultimate attack(Y button). If you time this correcly, you should have enough time of invincibility from the animation to avoid his attack, and you will do massive damage to Dracula. Next, he will return to his fireball attack for three more times before doing the black ball attack, which should give you plenty of time to finish him off with normal attacks.

Once his first health bar is depleted, he will turn into a large monster. When you see this animation start, run to the far end of the screen. This verstion of Dracula has attacks that are much harder to avoid, so just keep your distance and use your Y attack about three times to take him down quickly.
